I am an agricultural graduate and working for the last 40 years out of which 20 years in the field of milk collection and distribution and knows the basics of this business. now i intend to put up my own. i am residing in lahore pakistan and intends to put up this project which is highly potential as the population grows the demand also grows.. pakistan being the 5th largest producer in the world and therefore procurement in the initial stage is no big problem. it does not depend on the economic or law & order conditions of our country. lahore is short of 300000 liters per day and therefore no marketing difficulties require us$300,000.00 to 500,000.00 and the net profit on daily basis is us$300 to 450 per day. the working days are 363 per year. so annual net profit will be $108900.00 to $163350.00. then there are 36 byproducts which can be derived from milk. even billions of dollars are insufficient for this business. i have many contacts with the suppliers to initiate this business. net profit can be raised to 45% annually once i have the money and can have a better deal from the buyer to achieve the net profit target. secondly it will help in poverty alleviation and bring coordination among the poor farmers who are black mailed by middle men to market their milk and profit sharing to improve their life style. note: also be noted that nestle a swiss company has invested $200 million and produces only 4 products with 10% market share. such huge is our market. please be noted that after china's 46 billion dollars investment, this area is going to become commercial hub within next 3 years.. then i foresee tremendous increase of prices in real estate after china's investment in gwadar , one of the deepest 4th port in the world in which 200,000 tons of ship can be berth and for this purpose i require 1 million us dollars. even dept convertible loan is also appreciated. for this purpose i require 12 months grace period. or 10 months grace period collectively for both the project simultaneously
