manufacturing & exporting prime quality surgical, dental, electrosurgery instruments both single use and reusable and hair scissors. material: we use aisi 420 s.steel for cutting instruments like scissors and cutters, aisi 410 s.steel for holding instruments like forceps and needle holders and aisi 304 non-magnetic steel for holloware. tungsten carbide tips: we use uk & german made different profile tips and rods for all tungsten carbide instruments. gold plating: we use 24 karat gold for tungsten carbide instruments handles and rings. rusting prevention procedure: we do boil testing and passivation to all our instruments to prevent them from rust / corrosion. production procedures: forging we outsource, and rest of procedures like machining, filling, fitting, polishing and final settings are being done inside the factory. quality control: every instrument individually, and at the end randomly is being inspected by independent quality control department before to pack and ship. intend use of instruments: we know the intend use of every instrument, that is why the working of each instruments is strictly checked and inspect, it is made for. quality certifications and registrations: we are iso 9001:2008 and iso 13485:2003 certified company. we are also ce marked certified from medical devices directive (93/42/eec).
